Changing an order

We may be able to help with an address correction, item change, or other order update if fulfillment has not started. Changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Cancelling an order

If you want to cancel an order, email us immediately. We will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

Orders already shipped

Once an order has shipped, it generally can no longer be cancelled. If the product is eligible for return, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
