Eligible products may be returned within 14 days after you receive your order.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
• Products must be returned using their original packaging.
• The return shipment must use the same shipping carrier used for the original shipment.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Refund review

Once a return is received, we will review the item and the return conditions. If the return is approved, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.
